    • Perrelet watches are entirely manufactured in Switzerland in our own facilities according to very high standards of quality. They bear an individual serial number which proves their authenticity.

  • Warranty

    Any manufacture defect is covered by an international warranty starting from the date of purchase, provided that the warranty card is duly filled out, signed and stamped by an authorized dealer.

    The warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by inappropriate handling as well as damage to the sapphire crystal and the strap.

    Only the repairs carried out in service centers officially approved by PERRELET are covered by the international warranty.

    Any further claims against Perrelet, such as withdrawal from the purchase contract, refund of the purchase price, compensation for or replacement of the watch are excluded.

  • Maintenance

    Mechanical watches require regular maintenance to ensure excellent performance of the movement. To enjoy your Perrelet timepiece for lifetime, we recommend that you have your watch serviced every 2 years and a complete overhaul every 5 years. Each intervention carried out on your watch must be performed only by an authorized Perrelet Service Center.

    SUGGESTED PUBLIC PRICES

    The total price of a service depends on the general state of the watch and can only be calculated by an examination performed by a Perrelet watchmaker at an authorized repair center. Before making any intervention, you will be sent a budget for approval.

    The operations carried out within the framework of Perrelet services have a one-year intervention guarantee from the date of invoicing.
