Buy a Perrelet watch:

New and genuine PERRELET watches covered by the international warranty are exclusively sold on the PERRELET ecommerce website and by official PERRELET retailers, thus ensuring the authenticity of your watch.

All new and genuine PERRELET watches purchased on the official online store or from an Official PERRELET retailer come as a full set including the watch gift box, the instruction manual and the certificate of warranty, which has to be stamped and signed by the Official Retailer and giving details of the model number, the serial number of the watch and the date of purchase. PERRELET cannot guarantee the authenticity of watches purchased from non Official Retailers.

All watches produced by the company Manufacture PERRELET have serial numbers guaranteeing their authenticity.

The serial number, which is unique to each model, can be found engraved on the case-back of each watch and recorded in the international warranty booklet.

All PERRELET timepieces are covered by a 3 year international warranty (2 years for the WEEKEND collection), valid from the date of purchase

PERRELET watches purchased from official PERRELET retailers are covered by an international warranty against any manufacturing defect.

This warranty does not cover the wear or damage to the bracelet or strap caused by inappropriate use. Any repair or maintenance carried out by a non-official PERRELET retailer or service center automatically results in the cancellation of the validity of the international warranty.

For all new PERRELET watches purchased from an Official PERRELET Retailer, the proof of purchase (invoice) as well as the duly completed certificate of warranty are the equivalent to a certificate of authenticity.

For watches acquired on a second-hand basis or from uncertain provenance, PERRELET proposes a service of certificate of authenticity. In order to request it, please contact our official After-Sales Service Centre which will inform you of the steps to be followed.

This service costs 100 EUR/CHF/USD.

In the event of loss or theft of your watch, do not hesitate to send us by email the identification elements such as the copy of the invoice of your original purchase as well as the reference and serial number of your watch.

Repair and maintenance

The time of your PERRELET watch can be set by pulling the crown out to the stop second position, the time setting position. As each model has its own functions, for more details we recommend that you download the instruction manual in the section SERVICE > MANUALS.

Before the first use, or if you stop to wear your watch for several days and if it has stopped, you will need to wind it manually in order to recharge the power reserve to its maximum. To wind your automatic watch manually, you will need to turn the crown clockwise (in position A – normal wear position) at least 45 times. “Normal” wear for a 12-hour period ensures a power reserve of at least 24 hours. So if your automatic watch has not been used for a certain time, make sure your hand-wind it fully before wearing it.

All PERRELET watches are water-resistant from 5ATM to 30ATM, depending on the model. Please consult the instruction manual of your watch to determine the water-resistance of your model and its conditions of use.

In order to ensure that your watch is water-resistant, after each adjustment of the time, date or other functions it is important to press the crown to ensure it has returned to its initial (closed) position.

Your PERRELET watch is equipped with a high-precision, self-winding mechanical movement. For optimum long-term functioning, it is recommended to carry out periodic revision to check and lubricate the components of the movement and ensure that the watch remains water-resistant.

We recommend a complete revision every 3 years.

The price of the revision or repair depends on the complexity of the mechanical self-winding movement that in your watch and the possible watch-making complications. These parameters determine the time required by our watchmakers to make an assessment.

A revision/repair estimate will be sent to you for prior validation before any intervention is made.

In case of the rejection of an estimate, the estimate service carry a 100 EUR/CHF/USD cost.

Our Official After Sales Service Centre will confirm receipt of your watch by email. Within 5 days of arrival our watch-makers will make a complete revision of your watch and send you a repair estimate.

The repair and subsequent quality controls will take 20 to 25 days from the estimate confirmation date.

Please note that for quality control purposes time-pieces with exceptional watch-making complications such as a Tourbillon are sent to the PERRELET Manufacture in Switzerland; this process requires a longer time period to perform the necessary revision and intervention.

Yes, the polishing of the case and bracelet of your PERRELET watch can be carried out by an Official PERRELET After-Sales Service, with the exception of PVD treated stainless steel watches.

Since 2019, the PERRELET Manufacture is proud to propose the caliber P-331-MH, a new in-house movement which is COSC certified (Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres). Founded in 1973 and based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, the COSC is an association working exclusively for the benefit of the Swiss Watch industry and is a reference in the field of certification. Its principal objective is to measure and verify the precision of watch movements in order to award them the official title of "certified chronometer".

The certified "chronometer” title, certifying the high level of precision and uniqueness of time-keeping instruments, is a guarantee of exceptional quality, as well as the know-how applied throughout the production process.

The prices indicated on the PERRELET online store shop include VAT and shipping costs. Furthermore, packages sent within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.

No, the currency is automatically assigned according to the country of delivery.

For the deliveries within Switzerland, the entire PERRELET collection is available for sale within the limits of available stock. As for the deliveries within the European Union, watches with CITES straps (Alligator/Crocodile) are not available for sale. Indeed, the trade of products made of exotic leathers is regulated by CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) and requires specific export certification procedures.

In order to ensure your total satisfaction, PERRELET offers you the possibility of returning or exchanging your watch in accordance with the conditions of sale and within 14 days of receipt of your watch.

Watches that have not been purchased from the PERRELET online boutique cannot be returned to the online boutique.
