Service Kit

Perrelet Care

PERRELET is pleased to present its NEW SERVICE KIT so you can securely send your watch to our official technical service for regular servicing, to request a certificate of authenticity for a Perrelet watch or, if necessary, a repair estimate.

Your watch will be shipped via express courier service which will take all necessary precautions to ensure the proper handling of your precious timepiece. Maison Perrelet will cover the expenses incurred by this transportation from your home to the technical service.

This personalized service is only available for genuine Perrelet watches and for the following countries: Switzerland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.

Procedure to Request the Service Kit

Step I: Please fill out the Service Request Form and email it to service@perrelet.com

Once we receive this email, we will send you the SERVICE KIT, which includes:

  • A Protective Case for your watch

  • Shipping Box

  • Prepaid Express Courier Label

Step II: Carefully pack your watch with the provided items, including:

  • 1 copy of the signed Service Request Form

  • 1 copy of the warranty card if your watch is still under warranty.

Then, affix the prepaid return label to the package.

Step III: Arrange for a free pickup by our carrier to proceed with the shipment.

Upon receiving your watch, our team will send you a confirmation email and will proceed with the technical assessment to provide you with a quote for necessary repairs, as well as recommendations for optional repairs, within 3 business days, except for "Vintage" and complicated watches (e.g., Tourbillon) which may be sent to the Perrelet manufacture in Switzerland at no additional cost to you. In such case, the timeframe to receive the repair quote will be a minimum of 3 weeks. 

Step IV: Once we receive your approval of the repair quote and payment for the requested services, our after-sales service will commence the approved services/repairs. Our technical services will never perform work without first obtaining your approval.

Important: In case of rejecting the repair quote, a charge of 100 EUR/CHF will be applied for the technical assessment of your watch. 

Step V: Once the repairs and quality checks are completed, your watch will be sent back via express courier to the address you provided in the initial form, and you will receive a notification email with the shipment tracking number so you can track its status at all times.
