TURBINE PILOT RED A1095/3

Perrelet surprises high watchmaking enthusiasts with new interpretations of its "Turbine Pilot", a collection inspired by the world of aviation. To carry out its mission as a pilot's watch, the "Turbine Pilot" model combines the iconic Perrelet turbine with a circular sliding rule. Aviation calculation rules are analog calculation tools and a vital support instrument for pilots before and during flight. Equipped with a series of concentric discs with different graduated scales, aviation sliding rules perform various measurement conversions with great speed. The generous size of the 48 mm diameter case and the characteristic center ribbing are distinctive features of this piece from the Turbine family. Made of stainless steel with a black PVD treatment, its case is water-resistant to depths of 50 meters and frames a complex three-dimensional dial with its hypnotic turbine and blades that rotate at the slightest movement of the wrist. Both in the sub-dial and in the peripheral ring, aviation-inspired design details can be observed in red. The heart of this compendium of innovative technology and contemporary design is Perrelet's own P-331-MH automatic caliber, a movement that is certified by the independent COSC laboratory and offers 42 hours of autonomy.
